The Frederick Junior Cadets serves youth football players from the Frederick High and Thomas Johnson High school feeder areas in Frederick MD. If you need to check whether you fall within our boundaries you can do so here. We have a great football program that develops your child’s understanding of the foundations of football, teaches discipline and perseverance, the value of teamwork and also helps them to make new friendships.

The cost of our junior football program includes everything that your child needs to play football, except for cleats. We will size your child for uniforms, helmet, shoulder pads, practice gear, uniform before the first game. We provide one mouth piece for tackle, and recommend you purchase more in case this gets lost. We have additional mouth pieces for sale at a reasonable price.

Cost before May 1

• Ages 4- 6 $100 

• Ages 7-14 $150.00

If you sign up before May 1st you get $25 off.

Siblings receive $20 off per cheerleader/player after the first child. To receive this discount you must sign up before the first practice.

Cost After May 1 (Full Price)

• Ages 4-6: $125

• Ages 7-14: $175

  We can work with you on a payment plan, but the balance must be paid in full by July 20, 2024.

  Uniforms are not provided until your balance is paid in full.
